Resources

In case anyone is interested, these are helpful resources I’ve been using on my weight loss journey:

  • MyFitnessPal – this is the site I use to track my food intake.
  • DietBet – this isn’t really a “tool” per se, but I’ve been participating in DietBets since last April, and they make the process of losing weight a lot of fun!
  • SimpleGreenSmoothies – I’ve been doing a LOT of green smoothies during this weight loss journey, and many of the recipes I use are from here! It’s a great place to learn about making smoothies.
